Server Rules: 1. Do not use any cheats or hacks or bug abuse or exploits. 2. Roleplay at all times unless an admin says not to, Non-Roleplay/Refusal of Roleplay is not allowed!. 3. Do not metagame or powergame. 4. Do not role-play while in admin-jail, the place is OOC. 5. Make sure to use /me for the actions of your character (such as pulling out weapons). 6. Do not deathmatch (DM). - killing Another player is allowed as long as you have a proper role-play IC reason. 7. No revenge-killing. If you ended up at hosptial IG (your going to the rest room), your memory will be deleted and you will forget about the Person/Group who killed you icly. 8. Do not heal during fights. 9. Do not bunnyhop. Jumping to move faster or to avoid shooting. 10. Do not jack vehicles with a driver inside without any role-play involved. 11. Do not use shortcuts such as "", "u" and smiles in IC chat(besides sms). 12. This Server's Main Language is English, ICly can speak French/Spanish - others are only allowed in OOC chats. 13. Do not spam chats or commands. 14. Do not use fully capitalized sentences in any chats. 15. Do not ignore an admin if there talking to you. even if you are roleplaying listen to them!. 16. Drive by as a driver is not allowed. If you are the driver of the vehicle then you aren't allowed to shoot. 17. OOC Insulting/Racism isn't allowed. 18. OOC-robbing/Scamming isn't allowed. IC-robbing/scamming is allowed, but no more than $10,000 in a rob, and $40,000 in a scam. 19. Non-RP provoking is not allowed. such as hitting a cop car all the time. 20. Drive like real life, if you hit a wall or another vehicle with your vehicle you wouldn't just drive off all fine. 21. No Advertising any server and only allowed to Advertise sites that are allowed by admins. 22. A Player is never allowed to OOC Stuff, only a admin/helper is allowed to OOC Stuff. 23. You're allowed to ignore OOC-chats during role-play situations long as it's not an administrator talking to you. 24. No AFKing ever in public. If AFKing in public you will be kicked. 25. Do not PM Admins IG with suggestions use the suggestions forum. 26. We do not accept ban evading, this will lead to you being banned again if we find out. 27. Do not abuse or spam /report, /report is only for reporting Rulebreakers not to chat with admins! 28. Robbing/scamming/rape of a person under 20 Time-In-LS is not allowed, they need to learn. 29. Civilians are not allowed to take hits, only Hitmans are allowed to do an hit. 30. Do not chat with admins regarding their admining, or how to do their job, or what they can or cannot do. 31. No logging to avoid IC Jail / Death. 32. No Money Farming / Transferring money to an alt or to another account for OOC Reasons. 33. No Harassment towards other players. (this also includes forcing them to give there vehicles/properties/money.) 34. No OOCly Threatening the Server or Player(s), can lead to a perm ban!. 35. Must crack once at 10 HP or under (1 bar), after being shot many times. 36. No OOC Lying, Anything you say in OOC should be the truth and only the truth. 37. No OOC in IC Radios and IC Phones, This includes SMS. 38. No Robbing/Killing of a on duty EMT Member. 39. OOC Permission needed for "rape" but depends if RP more details here 40. You are not allowed to blow up gas station, or shoot at the pumps or anything to cause it to blow up. 41. No abusing /helpme, It should only be used for help, skin changes or questions not to chat with helpers!. 42. You must always reply with /do fail with a reason. If you just type /do fail that's not allowed! You must always provide the reason for the fail. 43. You cannot accept death if EMS/LSPD is RPing involving you or your death other than that you can accept death even if others are RPing with your body. 44. Transferring / selling / exchanging / giving of your in-game account is not allowed. Anybody doing so will have their account banned. 45. No using /helpme for skin changes unless your a member of an official faction needing a faction skin. 46. If you are AFKing you must alt tab / be on pause menu. No matter in public or interior. 47. No robbing/killing in Green Zoned areas, please check the thread linked for areas and more information. IMPORTANT - What ever an administrator says in-game most be followed. Even If you think they are wrong. However you can always feel free to report an administrator if you believe they are abusing their powers. You can do that by sending a complaint on the Admin Complaints forums. Forum Rules 1. No Spamming / Double Posting / Off-Topic Posting. 2. No Adult Content or any pornography. 3. No flaming / Insulting / Wars / Racism / Fights / Harassment. 4. No Advertising other servers other websites besides Mod/Upload or SA-MP related sites, you need permission from an admin to post a website link if it does no involve any of those listed. 5. No signatures over 600(weight) x 400(height). This includes the whole signature. Every content of it. So if you got 2 images or text over 600x400 then its not allowed. 6. No illegal material, such as Warez or downloads to copyrighted stuff. 7. No Signature Image is allowed to be over 600kb. 8. No threatening the server or its players on this community. 9. Must respect everyone in these forums, No matter what. 10. Make sure to read sticky topics labelled rules or read in a forum such as report/ban appeal forums before you decide to post or make a topic. 11. You need at least 10 posts before you can use [img] in signatures. 12. No disrespecting the server, the community, the players, or anything else involving the community/server. 13. English only in the forums besides in the none English section. 14. No Rickrolling, or any other type of link that locks anybody's browser from exiting the page or spams with pages. 15. No forum games, It just leads to spam. 16. No giving out names/information of any hidden official faction (includes FBI/Hitman) 17. No Terrorism plans or idea's or thoughts or any chatting about Terrorism is not allowed. 18. No chatting about other SA-MP communities (besides sa-mp.com) or servers or related gaming communities involving SA-MP.
